Esenyurt University

Esenyurt University is one of the most famous Turkish private universities. It is distinguished by its competent academic staff with high efficiency, teaching methods according to international scientific curricula, and stimulating environment to support students as they enter the labor market.

Esenyurt University was established in 2013 by the Yesilkoy Foundation for Education, Culture, and Health in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The university includes four faculties: the Faculty of Business and Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture, and Arts, the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The vision of Esenyurt University is to be a university that produces exceptional knowledge with a global, multidisciplinary educational understanding and to educate students and provide them with the necessary skills to benefit society and build the future.

Documents required to apply to the undergraduate level:

Esenyurt University offers the possibility of applying to the undergraduate level in all specializations with a secondary school average of no less than 60%. The requirements are:

• The secondary school certificate translated into English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A transcript translated into either English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A passport
• A photograph

Documents required to apply to the graduate level (masters):

Esenyurt University offers the possibility of applying to the graduate level in all specializations with a bachelor’s degree average of no less than 60%. The requirements are:

• The university degree translated into English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A transcript translated into either English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A passport
• A photograph

Documents required to apply to the doctorate level (PhD):

Esenyurt University offers the possibility of applying to the graduate level in all specializations with a bachelor’s degree average of no less than 60%. The requirements are:

• The master’s degree translated into English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A transcript translated into either English or Turkish and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A passport
• A photograph

Applying to the undergraduate level:

Esenyurt University opens admission for the undergraduate level once a year, in the fall semester. Receiving applications continues for a period of five months (May to September), with the possibility of extending the registration period until the beginning of October.

Applying to the graduate (master's or PhD) level:

Esenyurt University offers the opportunity to apply to the graduate (master's or PhD) level twice a year:

• Fall intakes: Admission begins from May to September (with the possibility of extension to October).
• Spring intakes: Admission starts from October until the end of January, and the semester begins in February.
